There are many people who believe that Superman is the most powerful being in comic history and he can't ever be defeated. Well, it's partially untrue.
There are many being in Marvel universe who can whoop the @ss of Superman without breaking a sweat and if you're wondering who they are, then here we are counting upon our list of Top 10 Most Powerful Marvel Characters Ever who can beat Superman.

#10. Thanos
The Mad Titan has immense strength, is knowledgeable and has powerful
energy powers.
He is able to control Mephisto (basically the Devil) and
his powers are known to be slightly less than than Galactus’s.
When
wielding the Infinity Gauntlet, he is one of the most powerful beings in
the multiverse.
#9. The Watcher
The Watchers hold unknown knowledge (greater than even Galactus) and
power.
Their powers are not completely known as they have vowed to not
interfere with matters in the universe, however, Uatu has broken this
vow many times to help the Earth heroes.
#8. Franklin Richards
A rare omega level mutant with the power to warp reality. He is the
strongest mutant to ever exist and his powers are said to be on par with
the celestials.
#7. The Molecule Man
The Molecule Man is able to manipulate and transform all forms of matter in the multiverse.
#6. Galactus
Devourer of Worlds. Galactus contains unknown and unlimited cosmic
powers, vast knowledge and devours entire planets. He is so powerful,
that he gave the Silver Surfer his powers.

The child of the universe. It is a powerful cosmic entity that enters a
host and gives them telekinetic and telepathic powers and the ability
to teleport and manipulate matter in sub-atomic levels.
#4. Eternity, Infinity, Death and The Living Tribunal
Eternity has been around since the start of the universe, along with
Death, Infinity and Oblivion, they are creation.
He has the powers of
space and time and can control all things except for The Living
Tribunal. Infinity is the sister of Eternity and her powers are equal to
his.
As are the powers of Death and Oblivion.
The
Living Tribunal has also been around since the start of the universe
and is omniscient and omnipotent. Even Thanos wielding the Infinity
Gauntlet would not dare battle this entity.
#3. The Beyonder
He is omnipotent and extremely powerful. He has the ability to create worlds (as he has done in the original Secret Wars). He also restored Daredevil’s sight at one point.
#2. One-Above-All
The master of The Living Tribunal. The One Above All is the supreme
being of the omniverse and is omnipotent, omniversal, omniscient and
omnipresent. He has unlimited and immeasurable powers.

If you take in to account the Deadpool Killolgy,
then he would be the most powerful, for the reason that he killed
pretty much everybody in the Marvel Universe.
He killed great literary
characters to prevent Marvel characters from ever coming into existence.
After which he killed all alternate versions of himself. Finally, even
he kills the comic book writers.
